Hi, I'm Mary.
I’m a bookkeeping and financial operations professional with 14+ years of experience helping businesses and individuals bring clarity and organization to their finances.
My appreciation for bookkeeping started long before Hamilton Finances. Growing up on my family’s farm in Eastern Colorado, I learned the value of hard work, attention to detail, and keeping good books from my family. After earning my BBA in Accounting and Business from Fort Hays State University, I turned that foundation into a career and quickly into a business of my own.
I founded Hamilton Finances to provide the kind of support I believe every client deserves: personal, dependable, and tailored to their unique needs. Whether I’m helping with an ongoing client relationship or a one-time project, I take the time to understand the bigger picture and make the financial side of business feel a little less overwhelming.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across a wide range of industries, including small businesses, real estate, professional sports, creative professionals, insurance, and more.
